Meet Brandi Coulter
As the founder of Flourish, I am deeply passionate about creating spaces where women can thrive. What began as a seed of inspiration and a shared vision has grown into a vibrant community centered on faith, authenticity, and empowering one another. Stewarding Flourish has been one of the greatest joys and callings of my life. I am continuously humbled by how God is working through this ministry.
I’m a wife of over a decade to my best friend, a mom to an incredible son, and a creative at heart. I find joy in connecting deeply with others. My vision is simple: to see all women flourish in transparent, authentic community. Together, we are creating something truly life-giving.

Flourish began with a simple but powerful vision: to see every woman flourish. From little girls discovering God’s love, to single mothers balancing life’s demands, to women in their golden years reflecting on God’s faithfulness- this is a community for everyone. This dream is why we are “Until All Flourish”. Our heart beats for the underprivileged, the overlooked, the leaders, the followers, and every woman in between.

We live in a world where deeply transparent and vulnerable relationships seem impossible- but they are. I have witnessed the transformative power of community. One where no one walks alone, and every story matters.
Our Roots
A Legacy of Growth
Flourish wouldn’t exist without the creativity and passion of Anna, my original co-host and dear friend. Together, we built this space to create community and empower women in Christ. As God called Anna to focus on her family, she entrusted me to carry Flourish forward, weaving her legacy into every step of our journey. Her faith and vision are foundational to all that Flourish has become.
Faith at the Center
Our community thrives on God’s Word. It’s His truth that inspires, guides, and empowers us to create spaces of hope, surrender, and growth. One of the Scriptures that grounds our mission is Jeremiah 17:7-8:
“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, those confidence is in Him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.”
This is the essence of Flourish- helping women plant their roots in Christ, grow in confidence, and thrive no matter the season.
our oversight Team
Our Board of Advisors serves as a covering, guide, and accountability team for Flourish. Each member brings unique gifts, wisdom, and discernment to help steward the mission faithfully and fruitfully. They provide oversight, prayer support, strategic counsel, and encouragement as Flourish grows into all God has called it to be.

HEAD OF SPIRITUAL OVERSIGHT
Keilah brings wisdom, discernment, and deep spiritual maturity to her role as Head of Spiritual Oversight. She has played a foundational role in Brandi’s faith journey, leading her to Christ nearly 20 years ago, and continuing to be a trusted voice of spiritual guidance through the years. Keilah provides prayerful covering, theological clarity, and accountability to ensure that everything Flourish builds is firmly rooted in Scripture and aligned with the heart of God.

STRATEGY & GROWTH ADVISOR
Allison brings a visionary heart and strategic mind to the Flourish Board of Advisors. With a background in organizational growth, project development, and a passion for global missions, she plays a vital role in helping Flourish expand with clarity and purpose. It was Allison’s belief in the movement of Flourish that first gave voice to the vision, and she continues to champion its future by building structures that are both sustainable and Spirit-led.

As Marketing & Outreach Advisor, Callahan offers valuable Gen Z insight and creative vision for reaching the next generation. She brings fresh perspective, strong faith, and a heart for meaningful impact through digital communication and storytelling. With a gift for connecting cultural relevance to gospel truth, Callahan helps Flourish grow its reach while staying true to its mission to cultivate deep, Spirit-led community.

Annie’s discernment, strength, and heart for stewardship make her an essential voice on the Flourish Board of Advisors. With a gift for guarding mission and integrity, she helps ensure that Flourish grows with wisdom, intentionality, and faithfulness. Drawing from her leadership experience and deep understanding of ministry life as a lead pastor, Annie provides clarity and encouragement as Flourish seeks to honor God with every decision and resource entrusted to its care.

Jenny brings warmth, creativity, and contagious joy to her role as Community & Discipleship Advisor. With years of experience leading creative ministry for a large church, she has a unique ability to gather people, build meaningful connection, and create spaces where others feel seen and celebrated. A gifted storyteller and disciple-maker, Jenny helps shape Flourish’s community experience; ensuring it remains rooted in authenticity, belonging, and spiritual growth.

Cheryl’s wisdom and deep-rooted love for Scripture are woven into the very fabric of Flourish. She is an ordained pastor, seasoned teacher, and passionate student of the Word. Cheryl’s heart for discipleship and truth ensures that everything we build is grounded in God’s Word and points women toward a flourishing life in Christ.
